The hotel comprises of well appointed 52 royal guest rooms, each with ensuite bathroom and separate shower, with sauna & jacuzzi, split unit air condition , remote controlled satellite 32" flat Tv with DSTV chanels, Telephone service, Dressing table, writting table and Sofa set, all hotel rooms have Smoke Detector and sprinkler. Rooms located on upper floors offers a vacinating view of the Dar es salaam city, ( upper floors can be easily reached by an elevator or staircases.) The safe deposit box is available at the reception. suite rooms consits of a living room with a min bar stocked with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
