1. Booking and Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability. A valid credit card or advance payment may be required to secure your booking. Rates are subject to change without notice prior to confirmation.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is from 14:00 (2:00 PM) on the day of arrival. Check-out time is before 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's room charge plus tax. Non-refundable rates are entirely non-refundable.

4. Payment

Full payment for the room and estimated incidentals is required upon check-in unless alternative arrangements have been made and approved by management. We accept major credit cards and cash payments.

5. Hotel Rules

Guests are expected to conduct themselves appropriately. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict any guest who violates hotel policies, including causing disturbances or damage to the property.
